Online DBT Group (Co-facilitated by Debbie Corso!)

I am super excited to announce that I’m co-facilitating an entirely online DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy Class) internationally to those who wish to learn and practice the skills. A diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder is not necessary.

I will have more information for you as it becomes available, but for now, here’s what’s happening:

  • Assignments and discussion will be based on readings from this book. Amazon has it at very reasonable prices. You can click the book image or click here to order it.

  • Plan on asking questions in a weekly chat session
  • You will be self-learning with accountability from group and support from DBT counselor and me as your Peer Support Leader!

The first round of classes is scheduled to start on March 1, 2013.What do you think about this amazing opportunity?

You can sign up at www.dbtpath.com
Thanks for reading.
More soon.

PS — I am beyond excited for this opportunity serve my peers by co-facilitating
this group in the role of Peer Support Leader.

Hi Debbie…I went to this to sign up for the waiting list but couldn't find a button to do so. I did join the daily email from Amanda as you suggested. Do you know how to get on this waiting list?

Hi Dear Julie — there is no button. Re-read the bottom half of the post — you must send an email to therapist Alicia Paz with the listed information, and she will confirm receipt and let you know that you are on the waiting list. Let me know that this all works out. 🙂 ♥ Debbie

Debbie, may I ask is all thats needed DBT skills? Doesnt one need to have a therapist (individual) as well as I am thinking about this. I do have a therapist but he is not really DBT trained.
