Both Sides of The Borderline (Personality Disorder): My Recovery From BPD

This is my story of Borderline Personality Disorder: how the 5+ of the 9 criteria necessary for diagnosis (from the DSM 4) showed up in my life, and how I no longer meet enough of the criteria to be considered “Borderline.”   I am now in recovery.
What does that mean?  Am I symptom free? Who am I now?  What will I do stay in recovery?
This video is about 30 minutes long and is intended to bring you hope. It’s also intended to bring our loved ones and care providers HOPE.  People with Borderline Personality Disorder can and DO get better with the right resources and determination.
We must bring awareness to the treatments that are most effective and advocate for their availability to more people who are suffering around the world.
Watch on.

I encourage your questions and comments and will do my best to reply to all of them.
Thank you for reading and watching.

Hey there I am not sure if you will get this as this is an older movie, I really enjoyed your movie it is me too a T. I am trying therapy and stuff its very early on. I have recently started a new relationship and I feel really intense, like out of control. I feel like you stated in your video that this will be my whole life. Hmm I dont know if I should explain to my new partner about these feelings I am scared that it would be to intense for anyone to handle, I have told him I have borderline but I dont think he really understands and if he did he would run a million miles. I dont know if I actually have a question as such, I just thought I would comment :). Your movie is an inspiration for hope, I am just really tired of feeling this way.
